Rainbow/PUSH - Jesse Jackson formed two non-profit organizations, Operation PUSH (People United To Serve Humanity) in 1971 and the National Rainbow Coalition in 1984. Both groups were merged in 1996.

Rainbow Rising - Rainbow Rising is a progressive metal album by Rainbow, released in 1976 (see 1976 in music). With only Ronnie James Dio and Ritchie Blackmore remaining from the previous album, Rainbow Rising has become known as the best album of Rainbow's career, although Blackmore's pre-Rainbow material as a member of Deep Purple is still regarded as generally superior.

Rainbow retreats - Rainbow Retreats are an extension of Rainbow Gathering, usually they happen shortly after a rainbow gathering, nearby. They work in a very simmilar way to the main gathering, exept with 'retreat' conditions, with a strong focus on healing and purification.

Push (professional wrestling) - In professional wrestling, a push is an attempt by the booker to make the wrestler win more matches and so become more popular with the fans. A push can also be based on a single major win against a major star (for example, Shelton Benjamin's 2004 victory over Triple H), and it is not uncommon for a push to be accompanied by a turn or a change in the wrestler's gimmick.

People of the Rainbow: A Nomadic Utopia by Michael I. Niman,
