Dance move - Dance moves or Dance steps, are the building blocks of many dances. More complex dance moves are called dance patterns, dance figures or dance variations.

Promenade (dance move) - Promenade is a basic dance move in a number of dances such as English Country Dance, contredanse, and square dance. The name comes from the French word for “walk”, and is a good basic description of the dance action.

Basic (dance move) - Basic Step, Basic Movement, basic pattern, or simply Basic is the very basic dance move that defines the character of a particular dance. Often it is called just thus: "Basic Movement" or "Basic Step".

Aerial (dance move) - An aerial (or air step) is a dance move where someone's feet leave the floor. The term has come to mean a wide range of special and unusual dance moves, including dips, slides, and tricks.

They are just two of the hundreds of hip young people who flock to the desi (i.e., South Asian) party scene that flourishes in the Big Apple. New York City, long the destination for immigrants techno dance move and migrants, today is home to the largest Indian American population in the United States. Coming of age in a city remarkable for its diversity techno dance move and cultural innovation, Indian American techno dance move and other South Asian youth draw on their ethnic traditions techno dance move and the city's resources to create a vibrant subculture.
